The Chapter of Dominion
And it consists of forty-two Shirazian verses.
In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
1 Praise be to God, Who sent down the Book upon His servant in truth, that it might be, for all the worlds, a lamp, shining bright.
2 Indeed this is a path, exalted, before thy Lord, in truth; it was, in the Mother Book, upon the upright Reality, made straight.
3 And indeed it is, in the Mother Book, with Us, truly exalted; and upon the Greatest Reality, it was, before the All-Merciful, made wise.
4 And indeed it is the Reality from God; and upon the pure religion, it was, in the Mother Book, around the Mount, inscribed.
5 Indeed this — it is the Reality: the path of God in the heavens and the earth. So whoever wills, let him take, unto God, in truth, a way.
6 Indeed this — it is the upright religion. And sufficient is God, and he with whom is the knowledge of the Book, as witness.
7 Indeed this — it is the Reality, in truth, upon the Greatest Word from God the Ancient; it was, from around the Fire, sent forth.
8 Indeed this — it is the Mystery in the heavens and the earth; and upon the Wondrous Command, by the hands of God the Most High, it was, in truth, in the Mother Book, written.
9 God has ordained that this Book should come forth as a commentary upon the Best of Stories, from Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Musa ibn Ja’far ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib, upon His servant, that it might be the proof of God, from the Remembrance, upon all the worlds, far-reaching.
10 God bears witness — as He bears witness unto Himself — that He is the Reality; there is no god but He. And the angels stand around the Remembrance in equity: there is no god but He. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the Knower.
11 Indeed the pure religion is this: the Remembrance is Peace. So whoever desires submission, let him surrender his affair, that God might inscribe him in the Book of the Righteous as one who has submitted; and upon the pure religion, he was, in truth, praised.
12 And whoever disbelieves in submission, God shall not accept from him, of his deeds, on the Day of Arising, of aught, upon the Reality, in truth, at all.
13 And it is incumbent upon God that He consume him with the fire of God the Wondrous, by the decree of the Book, from the decree of the Gate, irrevocably.
14 God — there is no god but He; and He is God, Who was, of the believers, the All-Seeing.
15 God — there is no god but He; and He is God, Who was, of the believers, the Witness.
16 God — there is no god but He; and He is God, Who was, of the believers, the Knower.
17 God — there is no god but He; and He is God, Who was, of all the worlds, the Encompasser.
18 And indeed God shall not accept from anyone aught of deeds, unless he comes to the Gate, through the Gate, prostrating before God the Ancient, around the Gate, praised.
19 God has given thee leave, upon the Reality; so prostrate thyself and draw near.
20 For the Fire, in the Point of the Water, was unto God — the Reality — prostrating upon the earth, in truth, witnessed.
21 O concourse of kings, and sons of kings! Turn away from the dominion of God, all of you, upon the Reality, in truth, gracefully.
22 O King of the Muslims! Aid, after the Book, Our Greatest Remembrance, in truth. For God has ordained for thee, and for those who surround thee, on the Day of Arising, upon the Path, a station, upon the Reality, to be questioned.
23 O thou King! By God the Reality — if thou shouldst oppose the Remembrance, God shall judge thee on the Day of Arising, among the kings, with Fire; and thou shalt not find, today, apart from God the Most High, upon the Reality, in truth, any helper.
24 O thou King! Purify the Holy Land of those who reject the Book, before a Day in which the Remembrance shall come therein, suddenly, by the leave of God the Most High, upon the mighty command, severe.
25 And indeed God has inscribed upon thee that thou shouldst submit to the Remembrance and his command, and subdue the lands, in truth, by His leave.
26 For thou art, in this world, shown mercy upon sovereignty; and in the hereafter, among the people of the Garden of Good-Pleasure, around the Sanctity, thou wast dwelling.
27 O thou King! Let not sovereignty deceive thee, for every soul shall taste death; it was, in truth, upon the Reality, by the decree of God, written.
28 And be content with the decree of God the Reality, for sovereignty is, in the Mother Book, upon the station of the Remembrance, by the hands of God, in truth, inscribed.
29 And aid God with your selves and your swords, in the shadow of this Greatest Remembrance, for this pure religion, in truth, upon the Reality, mightily.
30 O minister of the King! Fear God — there is no god but He, the Reality, the Just — and remove thyself from sovereignty.
31 For We, We shall inherit the earth and all who are upon it, by the leave of God the All-Wise; and He was, in truth, over thee and over sovereignty, a Witness.
32 And We have guaranteed, by the leave of God, for your souls, that you should obey the Remembrance with pure sincerity — that for you, on the Day of Arising, in the Garden of Eden, shall be a sovereignty, upon the Reality, mighty.
33 And indeed this sovereignty of yours is vain; and God has made the goods of this world for the idolaters.
34 And with God, your Master, is the fairest return; it was, in truth, upon the Reality, from of old.
35 And indeed Ours, in the Garden of Eternity, is a sovereignty sublime. We give unto whomsoever We will among Our servants — unto those who were, in this Gate, unto God and unto His signs, upon the Reality, a helper.
36 O concourse of kings! Convey Our signs unto the Turks and the land of India, in truth, upon the Reality, swiftly — and what lies beyond their lands, from the East of the earth and its West, in truth, upon the Reality, mightily.
37 O servants of the All-Merciful! God created you not, and provided for you not, except for a command that was, with God, in the Mother Book, upon the Reality, in truth, mighty.
38 And follow what God has revealed unto Us, of the ordinances of the Gate, in that Book — submitting unto God and unto His command, upon the Reality, well-pleased.
39 And know: if you aid God, He shall aid you on the Day of Arising, through the Greatest Remembrance, upon the Path, with a noble victory.
40 By God — if you do good, you do good for your own souls. And if you disbelieve in God and in His signs, yet We are, by God, independent of creation and sovereignty, upon the Reality, Self-Sufficient.
41 O people of the earth! Whoever obeys the Remembrance of God and this Book of His has obeyed God and His saints, in truth; and he was, in the hereafter, among the people of the Garden of Good-Pleasure, with God, inscribed.
42 And We, We have set the mountains in motion upon the earth, and the stars upon the Throne, around the Fire, in the axis of the Water, from the Remembrance, by God the Reality. And not one of you shall escape another. And He is the Subduer above His servants. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the Knower.

The Chapter of the Learned
And it consists of forty-two Shirazian verses.
In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
1 Alif. Lam. Ra. These are the signs of the Book, made clear.
2 Alif. Lam. Mim. That is the Book, from God the Reality, concerning the station of the Remembrance; it was, in truth, around the Fire, sent down.
3 And We, We have made the signs in that Book clear — a reminder and glad tidings for the servants of the All-Merciful, for those who were, unto God and unto His signs, upon the Reality, faithful.
4 Those who do not compel their parents, and who hold them in awe with sincerity, upon a letter of the knowledge of the Book — like a just sovereign who was, in truth, upon sovereignty, clement.
5 Those who fear their Lord, from a Day whose evil was, in truth, in the Mother Book, written.
6 We fear the All-Merciful on a Day, frowning, whose name was, in the Mother Book, inscribed.
7 A Day on which no soul shall avail another soul in aught; and the command, on that Day, belongs to God the Most High. And God was, of all things, the Witness.
8 And We, We have made the signs a proof for Our word upon you. Can you produce a single letter like them? Then bring your proof, if you were, unto God the Reality, seeing.
9 By God — if humankind and the jinn were to gather together to produce the like of a surah from this Book, they could not, even if some of them were, unto others, upon the Reality, a helper.
10 O concourse of the learned! Fear God in your opinions, from this day of yours, for the Remembrance is among you, from Us; he was, in truth, a ruler and a witness.
11 And turn away from what you take apart from the Book of God the Reality, for you shall have, on the Day of Arising, upon the Path, a station, upon the Reality, to be questioned.
12 And indeed God has made conjecture, in all the Tablets, a manifest sin.
13 And may God pardon you for what you have earned for your souls before this day of yours; He was, unto the penitent, All-Forgiving, Merciful.
14 And indeed God has forbidden you, apart from the pure knowledge from this Book, judgment upon other than the Reality, and speculation.
15 And We, We have sent down upon you this Book, upon the Reality, witnessed — that you might learn, of what God has ordained in Our bounty, that from which you were, upon other than the Reality, far.
16 And indeed for you, on the Day of Arising, upon the Path, shall be a station, upon the Reality, in truth, to be questioned.
17 God shall question His servants concerning what they do in the religion of God, apart from the decree of the Reality, in that Book, concealed.
18 Soon shall God show you the signs of the Remembrance, suddenly, upon the earth, in truth, upon the Reality, near.
19 O ye assembly of the People of the Book! Fear God, and be not beguiled by your knowledge. And follow the Book from the Remembrance, in truth.
20 By God the Reality — no soul has followed him save that it has followed all the scriptures sent down from heaven, from God the Reality. And God was, of what you do, the All-Aware.
21 And no soul has rejected the Book save that it has rejected the oneness of the All-Merciful, and disbelieved in the prophets and the scriptures sent down from heaven, in truth.
22 And its shelter was the Fire, in truth; and the decree of God, the judgment, was, in the Mother Book, upon the Reality, in truth, fulfilled.
23 And indeed God, had He willed, would have guided all people.
24 And God has made clear Our signs for all the worlds. And the Remembrance is the Reality, from God, in truth. And God was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
25 And the people, when they disbelieved in Our signs, were, unto God the Most High, ungrateful.
26 And those who disbelieved shall know their seat in a valley of the Prison, which God has named, in the Mother Book, Gehenna.
27 And We, We shall, in truth, make you taste the heat of Gehenna, and We shall change you with the fire of the scorching wind, by the decree of the Book, fulfilled.
28 Indeed this — it is the Reality, from God — a recompense for that you were, unto Our signs and unto the Remembrance of God the Most High, hostile.
29 Indeed this is a recompense, upon the likeness, for that you were, unto God and unto Our signs, wretched.
30 And indeed the command of your Lord, the All-Merciful, is the Reality. And the promise of God was, in truth, accomplished.
31 Praise be to God, Who sent down the Light from Himself upon Our servant, that he might be, in all the worlds, upon the Reality, a line, straight.
32 And We, We reveal unto thee what God has revealed unto Us — that thou wast, with God, in the Mother Book, exalted, inscribed.
33 And unto God belongs what is in the heavens and the earth, in truth. So God forgives whom He wills, and punishes whom He wills. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
34 Fear a Day on which you shall be returned unto God; and the judgment therein belongs only to God. There, every soul shall be repaid for what it has earned. And We do not wrong, by aught, upon aught, of the least thing, at all.
35 The Remembrance believes in what was sent down unto him from his Lord; and the believers — each believes in God and in His signs, and they make no distinction between any of His signs.
36 And the submitters said, in truth: Our Lord, we have heard the call of the Remembrance of God, and we have obeyed. So forgive us, for Thou art the Reality, and unto Thee is the return, in truth, the destination.
37 O ye believers! We, in truth, do not burden you save with what you are able. And sovereignty belongs to God alone. God desires to lighten for you the torment, and to send upon you His mercy.
38 And no soul has earned aught save that We have written what it has earned, by the decree of the Book, preserved.
39 Say: Our Lord — God — Our Lord, the Reality — there is no god but He — so forgive us by Thy mercy, and have mercy upon us. Thou art our Master. And inscribe for us the return unto Thee, upon the Reality, in truth, as our destination.
40 God — there is no god but He — has created the letter Alif for His servant, upon the command, mightily.
41 God — there is no god but He — has ordained the letter Lam for His judgment, by the decree of the Book, as a measure.
42 God — there is no god but He — has made the letter Ra for the diffusion of His command, as He wills, in the Mother Book, upon the Reality, in truth, from around the Fire, fulfilled.

The Chapter of Faith
And it consists of forty-two Shirazian verses.
In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
1 We have sent it down as an Arabic recitation, that you might understand.
2 Ta. Ha. God has sent down the Qur’an upon His servant, that the people might know that God was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
3 He it is Who sent down the Criterion in Arabic, without crookedness, upon His servant, upon the pure Reality, as a sending down — that He might show you of His signs, and of the interpretation of the traditions, upon the straight Path, in truth, the upright, wondrously.
4 Indeed this is a path, exalted, in the heavens and the earth, upon the Wondrous Reality, from God the Most High, evenly.
5 He is God — there is no god but He — Who sent down upon thee this Book, through the Greatest Remembrance, confirming the messengers, and what God sent down in the scriptures. There is no altering the Remembrance of God the Reality; and He is the Reality, in the Mother Book, around the Fire, inscribed.
6 Indeed this Book, had it been sent down from other than God the Reality, they would have found in it discrepancy. And glory be to God, our Lord — nothing is hidden from Him in the earth nor in the heavens.
7 And all things We have reckoned in this Book, by the leave of God, concealed; and upon the Reality, it was, from God, inscribed.
8 And those who disbelieve in the Gate of God, the Lofty — We have prepared for them, by the decree of God the Reality, a painful torment. And He is God, Who was Mighty, Wise.
9 We, We have sent down upon Our servant this Book, from God, in truth, and We have made the signs therein decisive, not ambiguous. And none knows their interpretation save God, and those whom We will, of the sincere servants of God.
10 So ask the Remembrance its interpretation, for he was, by the bounty of God, of His signs, by the decree of the Book, the Knower.
11 Our Lord, we praise Thee after Thou hast guided us. Bestow upon us, from Thee, of Thy mercy, as Thou wast, in truth, the All-Powerful, the Bestower.
12 Indeed those who disbelieve in the Greatest Remembrance of God — their wealth shall not avail them, nor their children, apart from God the Reality, in aught. And they have, apart from God, no power. Those are the companions of the Fire, by the decree of God the Just — abiding therein, always, forever.
13 God has strengthened with His victory whomsoever He wills of His servants. And We have adorned for your souls, through your wronging God, the love of women and sons and wealth; and all of that is the provision of death.
14 And God has made the fairest return for those who aid the Remembrance of God the Most High, with their hands and their tongues and their wealth, in love of God the Self-Sufficient. And He is God, Who was Mighty, Praised.
15 And when the People of the Book dispute with thee about something, say: I have no knowledge save what my Lord has taught me. I have submitted my face unto God, the Originator of the heavens and the earth.
16 And whoever is too proud for His worship, through turning away from My Remembrance, it is incumbent upon God that He consume him with the Greatest Fire, upon the Reality, in truth, as justice, deserved.
17 And you desire nothing save what God has desired for you; He was the Knower, the Wise.
18 And the idolaters among you said: The Fire shall not touch us save for a number of days. But when We gather them on the Day of Arising, around the Fire, they shall bear witness against themselves that the torment of their Lord was, in the Mother Book, from the Gate, from of old.
19 And sovereignty belongs to God. He gives sovereignty to whom He wills, and strips sovereignty from whom He wills. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
20 And We, We abase the disbelievers by what they will, and We exalt the believers by what they will. And God has placed the good in thy hands, in truth.
21 And God has made thy hands, in the Mother Book, a right hand, upraised.
22 And indeed in the making of the night and the day, and their interpenetration, and the bringing forth of the living from the dead, and the bringing forth of the dead from the living, are signs for the Greatest Remembrance of God, this. And thus it was, in the Guarded Tablet, with God the Most High, written.
23 O servants of the All-Merciful! Take not the disbelievers as allies instead of the foremost among the believers.
24 And whoever meets God in his disbelief in the Book and this Remembrance of Ours, he has nothing from God. And the Reality has warned you by Himself.
25 And unto God the Reality was the return of all the worlds. If you fear your Lord, the All-Merciful, for what your hands have earned of the work of Satan — then hasten unto forgiveness from your Lord, before a Day on which you shall find your deeds set before you. And God knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, in truth. And He is God, Who was, of all the worlds, Self-Sufficient.
26 O servants of God! The All-Merciful warns you by Himself: speak not concerning God save the Reality. And He knows what you conceal in your souls and what you declare. And He was, unto His servants, upon the Reality, in truth, Kind.
27 O ye people! If you believe in God alone, then follow Me in the Greatest Remembrance of God, from your Lord, that God might forgive you your sins. And God was, unto the believers, All-Forgiving, Merciful.
28 And We, We choose the messengers by Our word, and We prefer their progeny, by the great Remembrance of God, some above others, by the decree of the Book, concealed.
29 And We, We have given thee the judgment of the Gates, by the leave of God the All-Hearing. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the Witness.
30 And We, We sent down Our spirit upon Mary, and We accepted from the wife of Imran her vow unto God the Most High. And He is God, Who was, of His believing servants, the All-Aware.
31 And We, We gave glad tidings to the prophet Zachariah, in Our name, of Yahya, confirming this Greatest Word of God, from God; and We shall make him thereby, in the Mother Book, a lord, and chaste.
32 Indeed the likeness of the creation of the worlds is as the likeness of Our command: when We desire, We say unto it “Be,” and it was, in the Book of God the Praised, around the Fire, found.
33 And indeed God has taught thee the knowledge of the Book — of the Criterion, and the Gospel, and the Torah, and the Psalms, and what lies beyond them of the scriptures. And thou wast, with thy Lord, at the gate of the Point of the hidden Ba, standing.
34 And We, We have revealed unto thee of the tidings of the unseen, and sent down upon thee this Book in truth. And We have forbidden thee the foul things and made lawful for thee the good things, that the people might believe in thy Remembrance, in hope of the glory of the religion of God the Ancient, in truth. And God was, of all things, the Knower.
35 And those who suppose they can touch thee in aught, by aught of knowledge — they have fallen from heaven unto a dead earth, cut off. And God was, of all things, the Witness.
36 And indeed God has made thy essence touched by Our essence, and thy being luminous with the light of the essence of God the Ancient, our Lord. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
37 And the idolaters have schemed against themselves concerning thy Remembrance, and they shall not harm save themselves. And God has fulfilled His covenant: I shall purify thee, and take thee unto Myself, and raise thee unto God the Reality. And thou shalt judge, by the leave of God, on the Day of Arising, concerning that in which the people differ, in the Remembrance of God the Most High. And God was, of all things, the Witness.
38 When some of the people of the city said: We are the helpers of God — but when the Remembrance came to them suddenly, behold, they turned away from Our victory. And God is my Lord and your Lord, the Reality, so worship Him. And this is a path, exalted, before thy Lord, straight.
39 Soon shall God judge among the people in truth; then they shall find in their souls no difficulty with the pure judgment of God. And the command was, in the Mother Book, fulfilled. And when the affair reaches severity, then dispute, by the leave of God, with the idolaters, and say: Come, let us call upon our Lord — there is no god but He — with our souls and your souls. And God, He is the Reality, Witness over us. And He is God, Who was, of all things, the All-Aware.
40 By thy Lord — if thou shouldst enter into mutual imprecation with the disbelievers, the people would look to the edge of heaven. And We would send upon them, by the leave of God, a thunderbolt of the stone of Fire. And were it not for thy prayers, the earth and some of those upon it would have been consumed. And God was, of all things, the All-Powerful.
41 Say: O People of the Book! Come unto a word from God, equal between me and you — that you worship none but Him, and that you associate nothing with His worship, and that you take not one another as lords apart from God. He is but One God; there is nothing like unto Him.
42 And He is God, Who was, of all things, the Witness.
